All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua is located in Hannahs Bay, just eight minutes from the city centre, close to Lake Rotorua and Rotorua Airport. The park offers a wide range of facilities and accommodation options, with the Lodge/Backpackers especially suited for school groups.
The lodge can sleep up to 41 people across six individually lockable bedrooms, or up to 45 if queen beds are shared. Room layouts range from 4–10 beds, with a mix of queen and bunk beds. A minimum group booking of 15 people applies. Each guest is provided with a bottom sheet, pillow, and pillowcase, while towels and top sheets or sleeping bags should be brought by the group.
Lodge guests have access to a large communal room with Sky TV, a full kitchen and dining area, and two toilets upstairs reserved for lodge users. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, plates, two large fridges, and a freezer, making it easy to prepare group meals. Showers and additional toilets are located downstairs. Heat pump and air conditioning provide comfort year-round.
Staying in the lodge also gives groups use of the wider holiday park facilities. These include an indoor/outdoor heated pool kept at 30–33°C, a spa pool heated to 38°C, playground areas, BBQ spaces, and 20 life-sized dinosaurs around the park that always appeal to children.
All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua has experience hosting school, family, and sports groups. A bus stop at the gate and free airport pick-up and drop-off make transport simple, and there is free vehicle storage on site. With its group lodge, extensive facilities, and convenient location, the park provides an ideal base for school camps in Rotorua.
