A fabulous place for our group event. Plenty of areas to sleep in. Three bunk rooms and two cabins.
Dining hall was just the right size with plenty of room. Plenty of tables and chairs.
Separate absolution block
Fantastic playground to keep the young entertained.
Woken each morning to the sound of birds singing.
Caretaker had great information before booking.

This year was our 2nd family christmas here. We hired the place for 10 days. We had a tree in the hall and hung our stockings up. Big family dinners everynight and our days were filled with cricket and relaxing. The kids all loved the playground with the big underground slide being the biggest attraction. We had a few days of rain where the table tennis in the main hall had a big amount of use. There was about 30 of us coming and going, 4 generations.

Went on camp with the school and had a ball.
Good old school fun with the playground equipment and a awesome water slide. Few grazed knees and afew cuts just meant the kids were having so much fun cause there were no tears. sleeping arrangements were better then a tent for sure hot water clean kitchen. All you need is a Aerogard and sunscreen and have awesome bonding time with the family.

Awesome for camps with large groups. Lots of activities to do for children such as playground, flying fox and water slide. Bit outdoor fireplace to enjoy some long nights under the stars. Communal living..

Awesome place to take the kids and hangout for the day

Pine Valley Outdoor Centre is located on the Northbank of the Wairau Valley at the base of Mt Fishtail in Marlborough. Set in a scenic natural environment, the centre offers a relaxed, back-to-nature experience with the convenience of a dedicated camp base.

The site includes large kitchen facilities, halls for sleeping or activities, a fire pit, playground, waterslide, and plenty of outdoor space. It can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests and is available for single-use bookings, giving schools exclusive access during their stay.

The centre is a former school now operated as a non-profit community camp by volunteers, with caretakers living onsite. Schools are responsible for running their own programmes, making Pine Valley a suitable option for self-managed camps in a quiet, rural setting.
